By purchasing a ticket and participating in the LSNA Trolley Tours, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that participation in this event involves boarding and riding a moving trolley, walking near streets and traffic, and being in public spaces. I assume all risks associated with my participation and the participation of any minors in my care, including but not limited to slips, falls, sudden movements of the trolley, weather conditions, and interactions with other participants or the general public. I voluntarily waive, release, and hold harmless the Lockeland Springs Neighborhood Association (LSNA), its board members, volunteers, partners, and event hosts from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from my participation in the event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing. I agree to follow all event guidelines, safety instructions, and staff direction. I take full responsibility for supervising any children in my care throughout the event. By completing this purchase, I confirm that I have read and agree to this waiver on behalf of myself and any participants included in my ticket order.
